Darkside Grooming Refund and Return Policy
At Darkside Grooming, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, please review our refund and return policies below:
1. Eligibility for Refunds and Returns
- Refunds and returns are accepted within **30 days** of the purchase date.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Certain products, such as personalized or limited-edition items, may not be eligible for refunds or exchanges. Please check product details before purchasing.
2. How to Request a Refund or Return
- To initiate a return, contact our customer service at matt@darksidegrooming.com with your order number and reason for return.
- You may be required to provide photos of the item if applicable.
3. Refund Process
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
4. Exchanges
- We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired product.
5. Non-Refundable Items
- Gift cards, downloadable products, and certain promotional items are non-refundable.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 4 days of receipt with supporting images. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
7. Cancellation Policy
